🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently ship to all U.S. states. Standard shipping times and costs are as follows:

🌎 Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
📬 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@candle-flame.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
