At Candle Flame, each candle is hand-poured with care to ensure a high-quality experience. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preferences

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review your order carefully before checkout.


📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@candle-flame.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

  3. Keep all original packaging (in case the carrier needs to inspect it)

We reserve the right to deny any claim that falls outside of this window or lacks adequate documentation.


📮 Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier first.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.


📦 Candle Quality Issues

If a candle does not burn properly or you believe it is defective, please send a photo and description within 7 days of receipt. We will assess whether a replacement or credit is appropriate.


🔁 Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you need help, contact us immediately at contact@candle-flame.com.
