How long does shipping take?
Each candle is handcrafted especially for you, so we need 24–48 hours to carefully make your order before it ships.
After that, shipping times are as follows:
- 5–8 business days for free shipping
- 3–5 business days for standard shipping
- 2–3 business days for express shipping
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
What materials do you use?
Our candles are handcrafted using eco-friendly, organic wax and clean-burning wicks for a safe, beautiful glow.
Do you accept returns?
Each candle is carefully handcrafted to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, scent preferences, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at 📧 contact@candle-flame.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Be sure to keep all original packaging as the carrier may require inspection.
If a candle is not burning properly or you believe there’s a quality issue, let us know within 7 days of receipt and we’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Finally, we’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received — please check with your shipping carrier first.

What if my candles arrive damaged?
Your order is carefully packaged with protective, heat-resistant materials to prevent damage during shipping. In the rare event that a candle arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days with your order number and photos of the damaged item — we’ll gladly help resolve the issue!
